He worked night shift for many months without complaint, and set a great example for the team members he managed. He had a great working relationship with all the employees he managed, and because he had their respect and dedication, he was able to effect change quickly. He is also great at Excel and analytics, and takes the time to proactively identify potential issues using those skills.
